Lets face it. Sex sells !
Ever since Las Vegas re branded itself as sin city several years ago, business has been booming in the desert. Millions of people from all over the world escape their boring lives and travel to the adult paradise in Nevada. However this recession has curtailed many plans for the time being.
Is Las Vegas Dead ?
I dont think so. The city will regain its glory days once again. MGM is building City Center. Wynn just opened a new hotel called Encore. And Las Vegas Sands has recently added to its flagship Venetian hotel.
I particularly like the prospects of Las Vegas Sands (LVS.). The stock has been decimated in this downturn, however at a recent price of $6 a share......there may be a huge upside if indeed Las Vegas grabs our hearts and libidos again.
